Free shipping
Orders over NPR 3,000 typically ship free within Nepal on eligible delivery methods. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option and destination.
Delivery windows
- Major cities: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Other areas: usually 3–7 business days depending on destination
- Courier tracking appears in your account and order email once pickup is booked
- Public holidays and weather can add a short delay
Packaging & tracking
Orders are packed to protect your items. When courier delivery is used, you will receive tracking details on your order page and in status emails after pickup is requested.
