Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging preferred
- Used, damaged (by customer), or missing-parts items may not be eligible
How to return
Sign in to your account or contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
